Ilmaston lämpenemisellä ääniä kalastelleista poliitikoista hupaisana esimerkkinä Robert F. Kennedy Jr., joka vain 15 kk sitten kirjoitti, että ilmastonmuutoksen johdosta emme enää tule näkemään lunta Washingtonissa ;-).

Ja "climategate" vain syvenee; nyt eräs IPCC:n johtavia raportinkirjoittajia myöntää tuhonneensa suuren joukon tutkimuksia, jotka eivät tukeneet antropogeenista ilmaston lämpenemistä.

Miten tällainen henkilö tai toinen "hiiliparoni" Al Gore, jonka kerrotaan viisikymmenkertaistaneen omaisuutensa ilmastohumpalla, voivat toimia vähääkään uskottavina "ilmastonvartijoina" ? Pachaurista myös väitetään, että tämän missio lihansyöntiä vastaan johtuu siitä, että on uskonnoltaan hindu.

Kööpenhamina päättyi turhautumiseen

Kööpenhaminan COP15 "uskonkokous" sitten päättyi turhautumiseen, asiantuntijat noin sanoivat jo ennen sen alkua. Vain löysiä julkilausumia, jotka eivät sido mihinkään. Ja "hiilijalanjälkeä" tämä vihreiden hulabaloo tuotti yhtä paljon kuin koko Marokon maa vuodessa. Kylmää oli, mutta alarmistit haaveilevat jo Meksikosta ensi vuonna. Ehkäpä meidän kannattaa maksaa nämä vihreiden huvimatkat,jos eivät osaa päättää mitään,säästyy loput rahoista ;-)!


Tarjosin Helsingin Sanomille alla olevaa kommenttia 12.12.2009. Ei ole näkynyt ja kolmeen tiedusteluuni sen kohtalosta en saanut mitään vastausta (siis "Mielipide"-osastolta), niinpä julkaisen sen täällä:


"HISTORIAN SUURIN HUIJAUS" KÖÖPENHAMINASSA?


Parisen viikkoa ennen Kööpenhaminan suuren COP15-ilmastokokouksen alkua paljastui brittiläisessä East Anglian yliopiston ilmastontutkimusyksikkö CRU:ssa järjestelmällinen huijaus, jossa lämpötilalukemia oli "korjattu", jotta ne todistaisivat lämpenemisen puolesta ja tulosten pohjana oleva nk. raakadata hävitetty. Asiasta on käynnistetty virallinen tutkimus ja laitoksen johtaja Phil Jones "hyllytetty".

Tämän tutkimuslaitoksen tuloksiin pohjautuvat suurelta osin hallitusten välisen ilmastopaneeli IPCC:n suositukset eri maiden hallituksille toimenpiteiksi "ilmastonmuutoksen ehkäisemiseksi". Vaikka näin tieteellinen pohja oli "missiolta" pudonnut pois, alkoi Kööpenhaminan kokous kuin mitään ei olisi tapahunut ja miljardeja veronmaksajien rahoja syydetään sen päätöksin tuntemattomaan.

Toki IPCC:n johtaja Rajendra Pachauri piti tapausta "vakavana" ja "ilmastonlämpenemisen isä", NASA:n tri James Hansen päätti boikotoida Kööpenhaminan kokousta perustelunaan se, että "päästökauppa on nykyajan anekauppaa ja huijausta". Kotisuomessa liikkuu huhu,
että media olisi hallituksen toivomuksesta luvannut vaieta skandaalista "ettei Kööpenhaminan sopimus vaarannu".

Tämä kaikki saa tavallisen kaduntallaajan miettimään, miksi meiltä salataan tosiasiat? Onko kysymyksessä, kuten amerikkalaisen Weather Channel´in perustaja Joe Coleman sanoo, "Historian suurin huijaus", vaiko norjalaisen nobelistin Ivar Giaever´in nimeämä "uususkonto"?

East Anglia CRU’s below-standard computer modeling


While the rest of the world focused on the e-mails from East Anglia’s CRU describing attempts to “hide the decline” and silence critics, a programmer in the UK focused on the programming code for CRU’s computer modeling. Analysts say Russian meteorological stations cover most of the country’s territory, and that the Hadley Center had used data submitted by only 25% of such stations in its reports. Over 40% of Russian territory was not included in global-temperature calculations for some other reasons, rather than the lack of meteorological stations and observations.

The data of stations located in areas not listed in the Hadley Climate Research Unit Temperature UK (HadCRUT) survey often does not show any substantial warming in the late 20th century and the early 21st century.

The HadCRUT database includes specific stations providing incomplete data and highlighting the global-warming process, rather than stations facilitating uninterrupted observations"

"In his speech, Mr Gore told the conference: “These figures are fresh. Some of the models suggest to Dr [Wieslav] Maslowski that there is a 75 per cent chance that the entire north polar ice cap, during the summer months, could be completely ice-free within five to seven years.”

However, the climatologist whose work Mr Gore was relying upon dropped the former Vice-President in the water with an icy blast.

“It’s unclear to me how this figure was arrived at,” Dr Maslowski said. “I would never try to estimate likelihood at anything as exact as this.”

Mr Gore’s office later admitted that the 75 per cent figure was one used by Dr Maslowksi as a “ballpark figure” several years ago in a conversation with Mr Gore"
